First of all, we talk about the performance and use characteristics of water-based film adhesive. It is a white emulsion adhesive with water as dispersant and polymer as disperse phase. The real water-based film adhesive should not contain any organic solvents. Residual organic monomer should be less than 0.1%, smelling odorless or slightly alcohol or ester odor. Good water-based plastic film can be used in water-based machines, can also be used for oily machines, water-based machine structure is simple, cheap (2.5 ~ 100,000 yuan / Taiwan), driving speed, generally two times the speed of oil-based machines to drive. The water-based adhesive film has better glossiness and whiteness than the organic solvent-type film adhesive, and the adhesive force is also comparable to that of the solvent-type adhesive; and the water-based adhesive water-based machine coating adopts a cold-adhesion method without heating and drying, and can be used in a large amount. Save energy; due to the high water-based gel solid content, the same kind of water-based glue than solvent gel coating area of â€‹â€‹more than 50%, so the water-based adhesive film product cost is much lower than the solvent glue; due to water-based adhesive does not contain toxic, easy Burning, explosive, and organic solvents that pollute the environment can also reduce the chance of fire.
